Walking Roots with Greg Kenicer – MIMA

Dr. Gregory Kenicer is a botanist at the Royal Botanic Garden Edinburgh, as well as the author of two books: Scottish Plant Lore and Plant Magic.

On this short walk in the vicinity of MIMA, he’ll take you on a journey through the incredible diversity and adaptability of plants in urban areas.

Learn about the rich flora of Middlesbrough, from tenacious trees and marvellous migrants to the wonders of weeds.
