From the ultimate florist masterclass to their annual sell-out Christmas wreath-making workshops, The Flower Folk team are set to showcase their talents and teach us the art of floristry.

DRIED LATE SUMMER WREATH

When: Sunday 10th September, 11:00am – 1:00pm

As the summer draws to a close why not hold onto the season and learn how to make a pretty summer wreath? This class is welcome to all and no floristry experience is necessary as we will carefully go through how to make your wreath step by step and do a demonstration before you start to make your own. Brighten up your home throughout autumn with this everlasting floral arrangement.

FLORISTRY MASTERCLASS

When: Saturday 16th September & Saturday 4th November, 10:30am – 12:30pm

Cost: £48.50

This floristry masterclass is designed to give you an understanding of basic floristry principles as well as a fun and informative hands-on practical session to put these principles into practice. Learn how to condition, to prolong a flower’s life and select the right seasonal flowers and foliage, before you create your very own hand-tied or vase arrangement bouquet.

CYANOTYPE PRINTING WORKSHOP

When: Sunday 17th September, 11am – 1pm

Cost: £33.50

Learn the process of cyanotype printing – a form of photographic printing that produces a cyan, blue-coloured print contrasted with vivid white designs. Get the chance to make your own botanical prints using The Flower Folk’s selection of pressed flowers, foliage and paper.
