If you’re dreaming of an elegant, timeless and traditional wedding, the Grand Hotel Tynemouth could be the wedding venue for you.

Once upon a time, the Grand Hotel Tynemouth was a summer residence for aristocracy, the Duchess of Northumberland in 1872. Today the stylish hotel is an iconic landmark on the North East coastline that’s the perfect setting for the momentous occasion of tying the knot.

The Grade II award-winning wedding venue has panoramic views of the picturesque Longsands Beach, Tynemouth, which is an idyllic setting for hosting your dream coastal wedding.

Just a stone’s throw away from the luxury hotel is Tynemouth Priory and St. Mary’s Lighthouse where you can venture down for post-wed photos or for some special, quality time as newlyweds to take in the tranquillity of the breathtaking beach views.

But what we love is that you’re spoilt for choice when it comes to packages as the award-winning wedding coordinators will help make your wedding bespoke to you.

So, whether you want to have a drinks reception on the romantic roof terrace in the sun or fancy dancing the night away in the Grand Chambers, the Grand Hotel Tynemouth has a vast array of striking stately spaces fit to host the most memorable moments on your special day.
