Biscoff hot chocolate

We’re getting in the festive spirit with this decadent Biscoff hot chocolate that takes just five minutes to make.

Serves: 2

INGREDIENTS

8 tbsp. Biscoff spread

500 ml whole milk or oat milk

4 Biscoff biscuits, 2 whole and 2 crushed

Whipped cream

METHOD

In a saucepan over low heat, add your milk and 6 tbsp of Biscoff spread. Stir continuously until the Biscoff spread has melted, making sure not to let it boil. Once smooth and fully incorporated, remove from the heat and pour into two mugs.

Step 2Put the remaining 2 tbsp of Biscoff spread in a microwave-safe bowl and microwave for 10 seconds, or until it’s melted enough to drizzle.

Step 3Top the Biscoff hot ‘chocolate’ with whipped cream, and Biscoff crumbs, a drizzle of the melted Biscoff spread, then garnish with a whole Biscoff biscuit. Serve immediately.
