Easy salmon rice bowl
This viral salmon rice bowl is our new go-to mid-week meal. It takes less than 10 minutes to put together and is so tasty.
1 cooked salmon fillet
80g cooked rice
1 sheet seaweed
1 tsp soy sauce
1 tbsp kewpie mayo
1 tbsp sriracha
De-seed and slice the cucumber, and slice the avocado.
Cut the seaweed into 4 smaller squares.
Flake the salmon fillet using a fork.
In a bowl, mix together flaked salmon, rice, soy sauce, kewpie mayo and sriracha. Top with sliced avocado and cucumber. Eat with seaweed sheets. Enjoy!
