THE BARN AND GROUNDS
The barn is a carefully refurbished 17-century milking parlour, letting in plenty of natural light with large bi-fold doors, with impressive high ceilings and exposed oak beams.
With a bespoke approach to every couple, The Hidden Oak also welcomes additional spaces such as tipis, yurts or marquees – with a large garden area in front of the barn the options are endless.
Surrounded by beautiful scenery, guests can spill out onto manicured lawns, immaculate grounds and a cobbled courtyard which is perfect for an outdoor drinks reception.
Set within 200 acres of grounds, there is plenty of picture-perfect nature to explore and take photos, from woodland to duck ponds and sprawling green spaces.
And if you want to arrive in real style, there’s a landing area for a helicopter…

THE CEREMONY
The Hidden Oak can accommodate weddings and civil partnerships of up to 110 daytime guests.
For the ceremony, vows can be exchanged in a stretch tent which can be positioned within the secret garden or in front of the barn. Or in warmer weather, say ‘I do’ outside on the beautiful grounds.
If couples would prefer a traditional church wedding ceremony, St Mary’s in Norton Village and St Peter’s in Bishopton are close by.
Intimate weddings of up to 80 guests will be held in the beautiful barn.

THE FOOD AND DRINK
The food and drink options really allow couples to design their dream day.
Options range from a relaxed barbeque or platter dining, to a three-course wedding breakfast.
There are also loads of great options for fizz, toasting drinks, canapes, and evening supper to keep guests well-fed and watered throughout the day.
The Hidden Oak can meet any dietary requirement or need.

THE EVENING DO
As night falls and the party really gets started, The Hidden Oak is lit up with gorgeous outdoor lighting throughout the grounds and inside the barn.
The barn gets transformed with a dance floor and fully stocked bar until 11.30 p.m. and can accommodate a DJ or a live band.
There’s also the option to light up the sky with outdoor fireworks.

The price range varies depending on food and drink options.
Minimum 80 guests. Additional guests are priced at £95 for daytime guests and £15 for evening guests.
Intimate weddings have maximum 40 guests and are held inside the barn.
