Winter Aperol Spritz
Add just a few extra ingredients to turn this classic summer cocktail into the perfect festive drink.
INGREDIENTS
3 ounces Aperol
1 ounce pomegranate juice
3 ounces prosecco
1 ounce club soda or sparkling water
Grapefruit wedge for garnish
Pomegranate arils for garnish
Sprig of rosemary for garnish
METHOD
Fill a glass with ice and top with Aperol and pomegranate juice.
Add prosecco and club soda.
Garnish with a grapefruit wedge, pomegranate arils and a sprig of rosemary.
Serve immediately.
