Fancy yourself as a Miss Marple or Poirot? The immortal Fairy Queen Begonia has summoned a really important meeting to make a declaration. So why is she flying late? This laugh-out-loud, interactive whodunnit immerses you in the world of fairies, elves and imps while letting you play detective along the way. There will be three acts and two intervals. You’re invited to bring your own food and drink to fuel your deductive minds.

BALTIC SHOP CREATES: LINO PRINTS

When: Saturday 27th April, 1.00pm – 4.00pm

Where: Baltic Centre for Contemporary Arts, Gateshead

Feel inspired by the natural world and create a print you’ll be proud to display in your own home. Artist and printmaker Shiori Naruse will teach you the basic steps of lino printing, including how to prepare an image, transfer it onto lino and cut the design ready to print. Choose from a range of colours to create an ombre effect, then stamp your pretty design onto paper. Refreshments are provided.

This looks FUN. This huge pop-up thrift shop has something for everyone, with a curated collection of over 100 sellers offering a huge range of styles and items. Shop vintage, streetwear, y2k, retro, luxury brands, handmade clothing, bags, shoes, jewellery and much more. There will also be a selection of talented creatives selling things like prints, greeting cards, plants and ceramics, so there’s plenty to browse. Plus, walk-in toothgem appointments, a tarot card reader and clothes swap. When you need a break from shopping, you can enjoy tasty food, drinks, activities, music and more at the venue.
