Stylish ‘fits for every festivity
Eleven was launched from a love of all things fashion and the frustration of limited, budget-friendly shopping options to curate founder Sally’s wardrobe, her way.
Owner Sally wanted a unique and inviting space to showcase the simple, effortless style that Eleven is well known for, so in 2014 when the opportunity arose to convert a beautiful, historic former chapel in Cramlington into a new shopping destinations, she took a leap of faith and Eleven was born.
Sally’s vision was to take the stigma away from the traditional boutique by allowing women to shop at ease, whilst still being on hand to offer help when and where it was wanted. Her passion lies in seeing women dress with confidence and feeling great about themselves without apology.
In the past year, Sally has introduced Eleven’s own collection of casual staples – Eleven basics – which have been designed to make everyday dressing even easier, but still as exciting as ever.Shop Now

House of Zana
House of Zana was born in 2018 when at the time, founder Amber, struggled to find the perfect evening dress. Living between the North East of England and Albania (her husband’s home country), she soon found a solution to this; the most amazing seamstresses and high quality fabrics in Tirana, Albania’s capital, where she was able to get bespoke dresses made. She soon noticed the amount of complements on her outfits, and that there could be a gap in the market for handmade, sustainable and ethical, high quality, unique pieces, all designed in-house. Here, House of Zana was born.
The brand started online until 2019 when they opened a fabulous concept store on Grange Road in Darlington. There, House of Zana sell amazing quality garments, all to a limited quantity so that the pieces remain exclusive.
It quickly became apparent that a passion of Amber’s is supporting other local brands, therefore now, her shops throughout the North East don’t exclusively sell House of Zana – they also stock multiple local brands from candles, to homeware and now also have a fabulous Christmas shop located in the Grange Road store where they are selling Christmas gifts from lots of other independent local brands to further support our local economy.
The newest season of Autumn/Winter 2021 garments are now also available in store and online.

Dedicated to detail and bringing love and attention into each design, Kim makes every piece made to order – meaning every treasure is unique to each customer.
Daint Jewellery is about attention to detail and its Kim’s goal to create jewellery that’s a perfect gift for a loved one or as a special treat for yourself. She believes jewellery is a beautiful extension of yourself, and daintiness and minimalism are the key concepts behind her designs.
