Clockwork Orange Insane Pitcher

Ingredients:

• 100ml gin (Conker Gin works a treat)
• 100ml Cointreau
• 300ml fresh orange juice
• Slices of orange and lemons
• 30ml sugar syrup
• 350ml Cava

Method 

1. Add ice to a jug (ideally between 1–1.5 litres) and then pour in the gin and Cointreau, stirring gently.
2. Next add the orange juice, the slices of orange and lemons and the sugar syrup.
3. Stir again to combine and finally, top with the fizz.
4. Serve in a small wine glass with one large ice cube.
