
Romantic raspberry punch
Enjoy a summery cocktail to lighten this grey weekend

Ingredients:
25ml sugar syrup
25ml gin or vodka
Handful of raspberries
Can of peach and raspberry seltzer (We recommend Berczy’s)
Fresh mint leaves, to serve

Method:
- Muddle 25ml of sugar syrup with 25ml of vodka or gin, and a handful of fresh raspberries
- Fill a high ball glass with ice and pour the muddle mixture over.
- Top up with peach and raspberry seltzer.
- Garnish with raspberries and mint leaves.
