Romantic raspberry punch

Enjoy a summery cocktail to lighten this grey weekend

25ml sugar syrup

25ml gin or vodka

Handful of raspberries

Can of peach and raspberry seltzer (We recommend Berczy’s)

Fresh mint leaves, to serve

  1. Muddle 25ml of sugar syrup with 25ml of vodka or gin, and a handful of fresh raspberries
  2. Fill a high ball glass with ice and pour the muddle mixture over.
  3. Top up with peach and raspberry seltzer.
  4. Garnish with raspberries and mint leaves.
