Super easy recipe: fruit smoothie (fresh or frozen)

Ingredients (for two smoothies or four ice lollies)

1 chopped banana
A handful of frozen raspberries
A handful of frozen blueberries
A handful of frozen mango chunks
Natural yoghurt
Honey
Milk

Method (for smoothies):
1. Add all of the fruit into a blender
2. Pour in the milk, yoghurt, and honey
3. Blend until smooth
4. Pour into a glass and enjoy!

Method (for ice lollies):
1. Add all of the fruit into a blender
2. Pour in the milk, yoghurt, and honey
3. Blend until smooth
4. Grab an ice lolly tray
5. Pour in the mixture
6. Pop in the freezer for approx 4 hours
7. Remove from the tray and enjoy!
