The Grand, York’s Whisky Aperol Winter Warmer

Get a taste of winter with this spiced cocktail that’ll warm your soul.

Serves: 4

Ingredients:

  • 100ml Jamieson’s whisky
  • 60ml Aperol
  • 2 tsp The Grand’s Honey
  • Orange peel to garnish
  • 4 cinnamon sticks

Method:

  1. Combine the whisky, Aperol and honey in a heatproof jug and pour in 300ml boiling water whilst lightly stirring.
  2. Share among four glasses or mugs, add orange peel and cinnamon stick to each glass and serve hot.
