NEST

It’s the one we’ve all been waiting for… With this indulgent Heaton restaurant already fully booked months ahead, we can guarantee it’s well worth the wait to try their new tantalising seven-course tasting menu, which is set to really ruffle up some feathers this spring.

We’re talking Liam’s Thai fish and chips spicing up our good ol’ British favourite, kinderton ash, pickled beetroot, carrot chutney and cheese scone, and dark chocolate and orange mousse with blood orange gel and vanilla yoghurt to finish things off – NEST have really levelled things up a notch this year. Plus, there are vegan menus and wine pairings available, too.
