Whether you’re an adrenaline junkie, a wellness queen or just want to try something new, there’s an activity for everyone.

Beachside Sauna

Spend an hour indulging in some self-care with this unique and rejuvenating sauna experience that helps you unwind, cleanses your body, and resets your mind. The sauna pods are right on the beach, where you’ll be surrounded by steam and salt, which can help to detoxify your body and improve your overall health. During the session you’re encouraged to jump in the sea to experience cold water therapy (optional).

Join the Skipper as crew to experience the extravagance of a luxury skippered sailing yacht and learn and develop skills on-board. Your Yacht Master Instructor will introduce you to the basics of sailing, from hoisting the sails to helming. Depending on conditions, head out for some real open-water cruising or go for a tour along the beautiful headland and coastline. Choose to take an active part in the sailing or just sit back in the cockpit and let the crew do the work while you relax.


Tynemouth Paddle Boarding

Whether you’re a complete beginner or a paddleboarding pro – this is a great entry-level water sport activity for people of all abilities. Paddle along the Tynemouth coastline with experienced instructors, or, if the sea isn’t your vibe. They have some great relaxing river sessions too along the River Wansbeck or around Warkworth Castle (hot cuppa included).
